This is a 1 hour pre-sale walkthrough during which you the realtor, the homeowner and the inspector will go through the house and the Inspector will point out any items he feels will appear on the ultimate buyers Home Inspection Report. This service normally costs $300 but we are offering the FREE promotion if booked before Jan 31, 2022. If you are offering professional photos (at your expense), Aerial photos (at your expense) why not add a service that sellers LOVE to help close that listing- And Oh, its FREE.
