When a property dispute ends up in front of an attorney, an insurer, or a court, the details have to be right and they have to hold up. I provide expert witness services drawing on 35+ years across property inspection, construction and remodeling, and real estate and mortgage brokerage.

That combination means I can speak to the condition of a property, the quality and cost of construction work, and the realities of a real estate transaction, and explain all of it clearly to people who are not inspectors.

I review the documentation, inspect where needed, form an honest opinion, and stand behind it. If the facts do not support a position, I will tell you that too.
