By engaging HomeCheck, Ltd ("I", "me", or "my") for home inspection services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
I provide home inspection services, radon testing, and related environmental and structural testing services. My inspections are visual examinations of readily accessible areas and systems of a property.
Scheduling: Inspections must be scheduled in advance. Scheduling is based on availability.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of inspection unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Home inspections have inherent limitations. I do not inspect:
Reports are provided digitally and are for the exclusive use of the client who engaged my services.
Reports may not be transferred, assigned, or provided to third parties without my written consent.
My liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection. I maintain professional errors and omissions insurance as required by New Jersey law.
I am not responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of unreported defects or deficiencies, either current or arising in the future.
I may recommend further evaluation by qualified specialists for specific concerns. It is the client's responsibility to follow up on all recommendations before completing any real estate transaction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
HomeCheck, Ltd is licensed and insured in the State of New Jersey.
