For 35+ years my primary focus has been buying, renovating, and selling properties. I know exactly where contractors cut corners, how structural systems age, and where major defects hide, because I have spent decades diagnosing and fixing them myself.
Having owned and operated a construction and remodeling business renovating my own properties for rental or resale, I have deep, practical knowledge of structural framing, roofing, mechanical installations, and building codes.
As a retired licensed real estate and mortgage broker, I understand the immense pressure of buying a home and the people involved. I know local market realities and exactly what structural or environmental issues can delay a transaction or put your investment at risk.
Decades of scrutinizing, analyzing, and checking every nook and cranny to make snap decisions: Go or No Go. When it is your own money on the line, being wrong is expensive. That standard did not change when I started inspecting for other people.
