Single Family Home Inspections

A complete, master-level evaluation of a single-family home’s structure, systems, and components from roof to foundation. Every inspection is conducted personally by a Board Certified Master Inspector.

A home inspection is a visual examination of a property’s major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. The goal is simple: you should finish the inspection knowing exactly what you are buying, the good, the bad, and the costly.

I perform every HomeCheck inspection myself. You are never handed off to a subcontractor or a junior inspector.

Roof to Foundation

That includes the roof and its coverings, the exterior and grading, the foundation and structure, the electrical service and distribution, the plumbing supply and drainage, the heating and cooling equipment, insulation and ventilation, and the interior. I use thermal imaging where it helps, and I can add sewer scope, oil tank sweep, and drone roof capture when the property calls for it.

What Sets This Inspection Apart

Most inspectors learn houses from a textbook or a training seminar. My expertise was built inside thousands of houses across 35+ years of buying, renovating, and reselling property, making Go or No Go calls where being wrong was expensive. I know where contractors cut corners, how structural systems age, and where major defects hide.

Walking Through It Together

Walking a home with a first-time buyer, explaining the details, and investigating a potential issue is the part of this job I genuinely enjoy. I will walk you through what I found and why it matters, in plain language rather than jargon.
