Walk Through Evaluations

A walk-through evaluation is a focused look at a property's condition for the times when a full inspection is not the right fit for where you are in the process. It is not a substitute for a complete home inspection, and I will tell you plainly when a full inspection is what you actually need.

This is useful for a pre-listing sanity check before you put a home on the market, a walk-through before a new-construction closing, a quick read on a property you are considering, or a second set of experienced eyes on specific concerns.

I walk the property with you, point out what I see, and give you my honest read on the condition and the questions worth pursuing further.
