WDI (Termite) Inspections

A wood-destroying insect inspection looks for termites and other wood-destroying organisms, and just as important, the conditions that invite them in the first place. Insects follow moisture and wood-to-soil contact, so I inspect for both the evidence and the causes.

I examine the accessible interior and exterior, the foundation and framing, crawl spaces, and the areas where infestation and damage typically start. Where a lender or transaction requires the standard WDI report, I can provide it.

My goal is the same as on any inspection: tell you what is there, what it means, and what it will take to deal with it.
